  One of the worse resort ( I don't even categorise as the reaort) I ever stayed. I would said 2 Star Motel. There are nothing like photos at all. Our room should have patio/balcony on their discription, however when we open our sliding door, there are public car park and cars were parking less than meter away from our chair/table that they called Patio. Our view was just dirt car park with no shade at all. No Privacy at all unless you never open your curtain. I went to the reception and complaint and asked to change our room, but the lady from receotion said that we called Patio, so if we wish to change room with proper Patio/Balcony, we have to pay another extra per night. the room was super dark, old carpet as we couldn't open any curtain to have any privacy.... I don't recommend anyone to book this place if you are expecting to stay the resort for your nice holiday having nice drkins at the balcony or patio. Please don't believe any photos they posted. We will be very dissapointed like us. Plus staff are not even friendly or helpful at all

  4 stars because it wasn't expensive. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but it was separated from another room by a joining locked door through which we could hear our neighbors conversation clearly. This situation was really uncomfortable.
  The team seemed to have too much to do. A lack of personal? Just a bad day?

  Came to the bistro for lunch (hubbys Birthday ) ordered seafood platter for 2.
  Presentation was poor looked like it had just been dumped onto a platter of wilted lettuce,salad was 2 pieces of Tomato on the end with only 3 scallops 2 half frozen oysters and 8 very dry mussels fish over cooked squid very salty and like rubber. Prawns were nice.
  $70 very disappointed

  terrible service rude staff, $44 for a poorly cooked steak that didn't come with what was stated on the menu. usually when you order something you expect it to come out as it has been stated on the menu.

  Dont go hear this place is a joke waited for 2 hours for food went up and asked multiple times and got told it's on its way obviously not.. by the time we got up there and asked for a refund it was to late to go anywhere else . We had to argue to get our refund ...just save yourself the pain and go somewhere else plz
